Very groovy, but the drums are dry and robotic

I like the chords changes and melody and their patches. The drum track is solid, but the hats aren't awfully sleepy. More expressiveness in velocity control would whisk me away a little better. Maybe even add some "human error" and offset a hat hit here and there, but the velocity humanization is way more important and necessary than the timing humanization. You could even think about processing the drums a little to make them more intersting. Again, they just aren't that sleepy while the rest of the track is begging to take me in that direction.
